Holiday Fun at Eaton Centre and Dundas Square

The Holiday season is here and that means fun, lots and lots of fun. If you love shopping or just want a place to roam around and escape from the cold and have a hearty meal of your choice, what could be better than a visit to Eaton Centre to lift your mood?

Every year the Eaton Centre kicks off the Holiday season with a spectacular display of lighting and a Christmas tree that is nearly a 110 feet tall!!! People crowd around to watch the event and just love to spend some time lounging near the fountain at the base of the tree.

A busy Eaton Centre.

The Mall has so many name brands for clothing (Zara, Abercrombie & Fitch, Victorias Secret, Levis, Coach,Boss etc) , electronics (Apple, Microsoft etc), books and even chocolatier like Godiva and Lindt. On one side there is Nordstrom and on the other it is connected to Hudson Bay both giants of the high end retail. If you love to eat out the food court is the place to go starting from Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern …. right down to fast food brands like KFC and McDonalds a gastronomers delight.

The mall abuts Dundas Square with its massive cool digital Advertising and even more brand retailers surounding it positively making the whole area a shoppers paradise. What is even better is that all of it is directly connected with the TTC subway making it easily accessible.

Some cool features are the flock of geese flying in from the roof and the over road tunnel that crosses Queens Street to Hudson Bay which offers some great views of Downtown Toronto. And don’t miss out on the festive lighting around the different courts of the Centre.
